  • Exchange Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate the exchange process.
    2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
    3. Once your exchange is approved, send the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team.
    4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s).
